RESERVATION:
All reservations with Fifi party rentals require a deposit in advance of the event. You may cancel your reservations up and until 48 hours non-refundable. We do allow cancellations with 48 hours of the event if the cancellation is due to inclement weather. We will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your reservation with out loss of your deposit.
DELIVERY:
Call us for prices outside our delivery area. Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved jump time only.
SET UP:
It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most moonwalks require a minimum space of 15x15 square feet and a height of 17 feet. Some of the slides require more space and will be discussed at the time of reservation. A household electrical outlet must be available within 100feet of where unit will be placed. If no electricity is available a generator call is used with an additional rental fee.
PAYMENT:
All payments are due at the time of set-up. Payments must be made in cash or money order. For your convenience we also accept all major credit cards during office hours.
OPERATING PROCEDURES:
Please refer to all instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract. It is important that all users follow the rules listed on contract. |
